Privacy policy

Effective October 23, 2026

This website is operated by Philly Sewer Repair (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we do with information you send us.

What we collect

When you submit the form or call, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, ZIP code, a description of the problem, and the page you were on. If you call, your phone number and the time of the call appear in our call log. We do not record calls.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with an independent licensed plumber about your request, to follow up on that request, and to keep records of referrals.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the plumber we refer you to, and with service providers that host our forms and phone system. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If we enable basic analytics, it measures page visits in aggregate.
